ASSESSMENT OF INVIVO PHARMACOKINETIC DATA OF CARVEDILOL MICROEMULSION IN ALBINO WISTAR RATS

The goal of this research is to develop microemulsion formulations to improve the bioavailability of Carvedilol. Ten Carvedilol microemulsions is prepared and optimized by phase titration technique and Carvedilol microemulsion screened from this optimization study findings is selected for in vivo pharmacokinetic performance evaluation in albino wistar rats. Invivo pharmacokinetic testing produced good outcomes for the CM9 formulation. This research shows an improvement in Cmax in the microemulsion of Carvedilol, which shows greater bioavailability than the Carvedilol (Carvil ®) branded tablet. A rise in AUC0-?; Tmax; Microemulsion has been found to be a promising method for improving the bioavailability of drugs such as Carvedilol in this research
