The aim of our work is based on comparative study analysis on drugs prescribed for gastrointestinal tract diseases, thus portrays the drugs prescribed in allopathy, ayurvedic, siddha system of medicine and their adverse drug management. Our aim to focus some highlights over our traditional system of medicine, its importance and its usage. This research work mainly focuses on the disease information and drugs designed to Gastrointestinal tract diseases. This manuscript is fully based on disease information and drugs prescribed to those gastrointestinal tract diseases in Indian system of medicine. Adverse drug reactions and side effect management in allopathy medicine tends to be quite difficult as there is no proper restrictions and it leads to instigating on other disease, but in ayurvedic and siddha system of medicine and in traditional system of medicine they provide medications with proper food restrictions , daily physical activity like running, cycling, swimming and yoga, balanced diet;they properly manage the adverse drug reactions and side-effects with administered case studies.. The research work portrays the case study analysis and prescription monitoring studies to analyze the clinical implementation to a particular disease. We gave a through, scrutinisation on our statistical analysis of administered case studies. As per this case study report we can justify that, those drugs administered to the patients are based on its symptoms. The duration of the treatment is based upon their response to the drug treated. We took enough care to bring in a genuine collage case study result, in order to provide, a scholarstic output through our project. Our Case reports are useful for raising hypothesis about drug effects, to be analyzed with the research work. We do hereby put forth our result as that gastrointestinal tract diseases have better recovery rate, less adverse drug reactions/side effects as it works with proper restriction in ayurvedic and siddha system of medicine-compared to allopathic system of medicine (with administered case studies).
