FORMULATION AND EVALUATION OF IMMEDIATE RELEASE SORAFENIB TOSYLATE TABLETS

The aim of present work is to formulate and evaluate immediate release Sorafenib tosylate tablets. Objective of the present work is to develop a solid oral dosage form of Sorafenib tosylate & its comparison with innovator drug (Nexavar). The formulation of tablets were done to match the in-vitro drug release with respect to the reference drug & carry out the stability studies as per the guidelines.
