Viruses are responsible for a various number of human pathogeneses, such as acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), respiratory disease, hepatitis and including cancer. Herbalism or phytotherapy, is define as usage of herbs as medication to prevent and treat disease in human. There are number of reports have shown the positive effects of herbal extracts as an Anti-viral agent. The synthetic antiviral drugs available in market have synthetic chemical compounds that causes negative impact on human health. Herbals are used in preparation of antiviral drugs which are free from side effects with cheap cost and easy to formulate
