53FORMULATION OF ONDANSETRON ORODISPERSIBLE TABLETSIn order to assist patients having difficulty of swallowing and for better patient compliance orodispersib le tablets are prepared. Ondansetron, 5-HT 3 receptor antagonist used as antiemetic is tried for orodispersible tablet formulation in present study. Objective of study undertaken is to mask bitter taste of ondansetron and develop fast orally disintegrating tablets.
