<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Articles><Article><id>83</id><JournalTitle>DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF NEW COLORIMETRIC  METHOD FOR THE ESTIMATION OF ALOGLIPTIN &  LOTEPREDNOL</JournalTitle><Abstract>Colorimetric methods have been developed for the estimation of Alogliptin  &  Loteprednol.  Here Methods were based 
on reaction involving the formation of orange &blue colored complex with NQS(1, 2 napthoquinone -4-sulfonic acid sodium) in 
the presence of alkaline medium for  Alogliptin  &  Ammonium molibdate in presence of acidic medium for Loteprednol.  The 
maximum  absorbance  of  the  solution  was  measured  at  468nm&  745  nm  against  blank  respectively.  The  calibration  curve 
calculated obeys  Beerâ€™s  law over the concentration range of 200-600 & 10-50Âµg/ml.The  method was validated based on ICH 
guidelines.  The  high  recovery  and  low  relative  standard  deviation  confirms  the  suitability  of  the  method  for  determination 
Alogliptin & Loteprednol.
