Nano-precipitation method. SEM indicates that nanoparticles have a discrete spherical structure without aggregation. The
average particle size was found to be less than1000nm. The particle size of the nanoparticles was gradually increased with
increase in the proportion of Eudragit RL100.The drug content, Entrapment efficiency and drug recovery of the nanoparticles
was increased vice versa. There is no changes was observed in stability studies in the extent of degradation of product during 3
weeks in which, nanoparticles were stored at various temperatures. FT-IR studies indicated that there was no chemical
interaction between drug and polymer and stability of drug. Based on two polymers Eudragit RL100 gives as a good sustain
release of the drug with 84%.
<Email>thejareddy43@gmail.com </Email><articletype>Research</articletype><volume>5</volume><issue>2</issue><year>2015</year><keyword>Nanoparticles,Nanoprecipitation method,Eudragit RL100,Chitosan,Zidovudine</keyword><AUTHORS>P.
